Covid Vaccination date announced

RealFM News can exclusively reveal this morning that the first official covid 19 vaccination clinic in the Mudgee region is expected to open on Monday March 22nd.


The clinic once operational will be administering the astrazeneca vaccine for those eligible for the vaccine under Phase 1B of the federal governments’ rollout plan.

Phase 1B includes

• Those over the age of 70
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults
• Adults with a specified medical condition
• Critical and high risk workers including defense, police, fire, emergency services and meat processing
• And health works not already covered in phase 1A.
